She holds a MA in Somatic Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies, and is a well known workshop facilitator at healing centers like Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Ghost Ranch, and Mount Madonna Center. Using body centered techniques, she takes a forward thinking approach to mental health and trauma-informed care. Since 2013, she has helped hundreds of people move past their energetic blocks in order to step into their power, own their unique voice, live out their purpose, and be a supportive part of the collective awakening.
